The project site is composed of 5 consecutive city blocks. Each of them are equivalent, 
or slightly longer than a typical New York City block. These blocks are surrounded by a Residential Zone on South, 
a Commercial zone including International Hospital on North, Sports fields & public schools on the East end, 
as well as Central government Facilities and a Central Park on the West end. 
Also, the adjacent 35M wide major road easily connects the site to other parts of Songdo City including areas 
outside the city such as Seoul & Incheon, by public transportation.
